Best multi-modality PEMF mat — PEMF + far-infrared + red light at sub-Bemer pricing. No trials of the mat itself, but it covers more recovery modalities per session.
Pulse Centers Pulse XL Pro
200,000+ µT peak (maker figure), among the highest-intensity consumer-accessible PEMF. Clinic-style coil applicators sold to athletic and chiropractic practices — a sales channel, not evidence; we found no independent trials of this system. Price puts it in the prosumer/clinic bracket.
Curatron 3D
Clinic-style PEMF with documented protocols and dual applicator system. Mid-tier between Bemer mats and Pulse Centers coil clinics.
iMRS Prime
