Common questions

Which premium massage gun should I buy in 2026?

Three questions resolve it. Want app + warranty + spec ceiling? Theragun PRO Plus. Want matching specs at $200 less + Hyperice ecosystem? Hypervolt 2 Pro. Want highest stall force at sub-Theragun pricing and don't need app? Achedaway Pro.

Theragun PRO Plus vs Hypervolt 2 Pro — which premium ecosystem?

Same stall force. Theragun: 16 mm amplitude + 2-year warranty + Therabody app. Hypervolt: 14 mm + 1-year + Hyperice app + $200 less. Pick on whether 2 mm amplitude + extra warranty year + Therabody ecosystem is worth $200.

Is Achedaway Pro really better than Theragun?

On raw stall force — yes, 80 lbs vs 60 lbs. On everything else — Theragun wins (app, warranty, brand pedigree). Achedaway is the spec-maximalist play for users who don't need ecosystem.

Can I stack them?

No reason to. Pick one premium gun based on the three buying questions. Backup mini (Hypervolt Go 2 or Bob and Brad Q2 Mini) makes sense if travel is involved.

3-year ownership cost?

Theragun PRO Plus: $599 + 2-year warranty covers most issues. Hypervolt 2 Pro: $399 + 1-year warranty may need out-of-pocket repair year 2-3. Achedaway Pro: $349 + 1-year warranty. None have subscription.
