The 2026 flagship and a clear upgrade over the Hypervolt 2 Pro — more stall force (70 lbs), quieter (51 dB), longer battery (4 hours) and larger attachments, at a lower $349. Amplitude still trails Theragun PRO Plus, but on value this is the premium gun to beat.
Best for premium massage-gun buyers who want the strongest, quietest, longest-lasting Hyperice yet at a lower price — and do not specifically need Theragun’s deeper amplitude.
The Hyperice Hypervolt 3 Pro is the top of the Hypervolt 3 line launched March 2026 (alongside the Go 3 at $149 and the Hypervolt 3 at $249). Against the outgoing Hypervolt 2 Pro it raises stall force to about 70 lbs (from 60), runs quieter at ~51 dB via Hyperice’s QuietGlide motor, doubles endurance to four hours per charge, adds a six-speed digital dial and a pressure sensor, and ships redesigned attachments that are 33% larger for better coverage — and it does all of this at $349, $50 below the Hypervolt 2 Pro’s launch price. It keeps full Hyperice app connectivity. The one place it still yields is amplitude, where Theragun PRO Plus’s 16 mm remains the deeper stroke.

The Hypervolt 3 Pro is a clean upgrade over the Hypervolt 2 Pro. Stall force climbs to around 70 lbs, the new QuietGlide motor drops noise to ~51 dB, battery life reaches four hours, and the redesigned attachments are 33% larger for better coverage — and Hyperice launched it at $349, below the 2 Pro. A six-speed digital dial, a pressure sensor and full Hyperice app connectivity round it out.
Where it falls short
Amplitude. The deep-stroke crown still belongs to Theragun PRO Plus at 16 mm; the Hypervolt stays in the ~14 mm class, so for the deepest tissue reach Theragun remains the pick. The single-grip handle is also less versatile than Theragun’s multi-grip triangle, and the app is refined rather than reinvented.
