Feelings

Subjective emotional experiences — the felt sense of what we value, desire, or experience in relation to ourselves and others.

Feelings are the subjective, conscious experience of emotions. They are the "felt sense" — how we register and interpret our emotional state. Feelings arise from the integration of bodily sensations, cognitive appraisal, and social context.

Key Aspects

  • Subjective — personal, first-person experience
  • Integrated — body + mind + context
  • Relational — often tied to connection, belonging, meaning
  • Distinct from emotions — feelings are the conscious layer; emotions include unconscious physiological components

In ONDA Life

Part 10 aims to "synchronize the heart (feelings), the brain (vision), and the throat (the instrument of manifestation)." Feelings are one pole of the triad — they must align with vision and expression for sovereign manifestation.
