I Synchronize
Protocol: Neuroelectric Synchronization and Collective Intelligence
Part 18 is the triumph of network-centric thinking. In science, the closest research is inter-brain hyperscanning: studies that record several people at once report that their brain activity can become more aligned during shared tasks. The findings are early, and ONDA does not record EEG. We move from "I-mode" to "Network Node" mode. The aim is collective intelligence: people sharing meanings and intentions so the group learns together — what we call, as an image, a "neural Wi-Fi."
Key Biological Challenge: Overcoming egocentric filters to understand others better and mastering the quality of one's own signal within the group.
Research on social understanding points to several brain regions, and the practice aims to train the skills they are linked to. The role of Gamma Rhythms (around 40 Hz) in shared attention and insight is still debated. The Mirror Neuron System (premotor cortex and inferior parietal lobule) is linked in research to understanding others' actions, though its exact role is debated. The Right Temporoparietal Junction (rTPJ) is studied as a hub for modeling the states of others, a kind of "social navigator." The Anterior Insula is involved in sensing bodily and emotional states, including empathy for what others feel. The Dorsal Anterior Cingulate Cortex (dACC) is linked to attention control and is studied in joint-attention tasks. ONDA does not record EEG: these practices train attention, breathing and social skills, not brain rhythms directly.
Biological Protocol
This protocol transforms you into a conductor of the collective mind:
Neuroelectric Tuning
Practices of group breath synchronization, shared visual fields, and vocal toning to bring the group into a shared rhythm.
Mirror Resonance Activation
Exercises in non-verbal dialogue and "micro-mirroring" to intuitively read intentions without cognitive distortion.
Gamma-Flow Synchronization
Solving complex collective challenges and engaging in co-creation to break individual barriers and trigger shared high-frequency insights.
Oxytocin Coupling
Utilizing mechanisms of trust and radical vulnerability to reduce social noise and activate the "neurochemistry of belonging."
Signal Management
Techniques for maintaining the quality of one's own "broadcast" within the network, ensuring you are a productive node that amplifies global coherence.
Target Systems
Target systems engaged at this stage:
- •Mirror Neuron Network: Pre-verbal understanding of partners' intentions and actions.
- •Oxytocin System (bonding chemistry): The neurochemistry of trust and belonging within the collective.
- •Gamma-wave generators: Fast brain rhythms (around 40 Hz) that research links to integrating information; here they stand for separate streams merging into a shared insight. Their role is still debated, and ONDA does not record EEG.
- •Biomarkers: Described in hyperscanning research, not measured by ONDA: inter-brain phase coherence, synchronous pupil dilation, alpha-rhythm alignment within the group. ONDA does not record EEG or compare signals between people.
Results & Benefits
Achieving the status of the Networked Human.
- •You become a co-author of the global informational field.
- •Any communication is no longer a struggle for influence but an opportunity to enter a state of collective flow.
- •You gain the ability to consciously synchronize with any system of interaction, accessing resources and solutions of an "oceanic" scale.
The group's output exponentially exceeds the sum of individual efforts. You are the Networked Human—Master of Collective Intelligence.
