The cerebellum ("little brain") is a structure at the back of the brain that coordinates voluntary movement, balance, and motor learning. It receives input from the spinal cord, vestibular system, and cortex, and fine-tunes motor output.
Functions
- •Motor coordination — smooth, precise movement
- •Balance — postural control
- •Motor learning — refining movement through practice
- •Noise reduction — eliminating jerky, uncoordinated output
In ONDA Life
Part 2 works with "spinal neural circuits and cerebellum" as "centers for rhythmic movement; modulating smoothness and eliminating noise." The cerebellum learns to produce fluid, efficient movement with minimal effort.
