Каждый обзор на ONDA — это единая, авторская редакционная оценка, а не усреднение толпы и не алгоритм. Эта страница — фиксированная рубрика, стоящая за этими оценками, чтобы вы могли судить о самом суждении.
Оценка
Каждый инструмент получает общую оценку от 0 до 10 (с одним знаком после запятой). Это взвешенное среднее критериев ниже — никогда не круглое число, выбранное на глаз. Её выставляет один рецензент, поэтому она публикуется как одна редакционная оценка, а не как агрегат многих.
Как считается число: взвешенное среднее округляется до одного знака после запятой, половина — вверх (8,35 становится 8,4). Если у двух продуктов итог одинаковый, выше ставится тот, у кого выше оценка по критерию доказательности в этой категории; если и она равна, они делят место и показываются как ничья. В сравнениях лицом к лицу разница 0,1 и меньше показывается как «практически равны». Изредка редактор может скорректировать среднее не более чем на ±0,3 балла; любая такая поправка показывается в обзоре вместе с причиной.
Правила доказательности во всех категориях: исследования, проведённые или оплаченные производителем, не считаются доказательствами. Устройство без собственной независимой валидации получает по критерию точности не больше 7,5, если независимо проверялись его прошлые поколения, и не больше 7,0, если нет. Устройство только с одной независимой проверкой в узких условиях (только ночью, только в покое или на небольшой выборке) получает по этому критерию точности не больше 8,0; несколько независимых проверок в разных условиях могут оправдать более высокую оценку. Регистрация и clearance в FDA нейтральны — ничего не добавляют и ничего не отнимают; баллы снимаются, только если производитель искажает свой регуляторный статус (например, называет регистрацию «одобрением FDA»), и обзор об этом говорит. Испытание более ранней версии того же устройства засчитывается, если производитель и метод стимуляции те же, но оценка доказательств тогда не выше 7,5. Does ONDA review itself?
No. ONDA makes an HRV biofeedback app, and it is never scored in these independent reviews — you will not find an ONDA product ranked here. Where we compare ONDA to other apps, that lives separately at /compare, is clearly labelled as ONDA's own comparison, and is kept out of the independent rankings entirely. We would rather leave ourselves out than mark our own homework.
Data sources
Scores draw on three sources: manufacturer specifications and documentation, independent third-party reviews, and published peer-reviewed validation literature. Prices and availability are stated as of the date on each review, and can change.
Conflicts of interest
ONDA does not sell, manufacture or resell any product reviewed here, and receives no compensation, sponsorship, gifts or free units in exchange for coverage or a score. There are no vendor relationships behind the rankings. The only product ONDA makes — its app — is deliberately excluded from these reviews.
How often rankings change
Every review and round-up carries a last-updated date. We revise scores and rankings when a flagship launches, when a price or availability changes materially, or when new evidence emerges — not on a fixed schedule and not to chase a calendar. When a product is discontinued or, for example, banned from sale, we say so and adjust the ranking.
